Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We request customers to read product details, size, images, certification notes, and care instructions carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be considered only for eligible products that are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, invoice, certificate, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Products

Customized products, energized products, altered products, sealed certification items, products damaged after delivery, and products affected by misuse may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Natural Variation

Natural differences in rudraksha color, size, shape, surface texture, and groove formation are not considered defects.

Damage on Arrival

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, unboxing video where available, order number, and packaging images.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method as per store policy and payment gateway timelines.
